While sadly we can’t provide Adam Levine and Maroon 5 at your reception, if you have not seen the video it is certainly worth a watch. Our goal, at every reception, is to keep your guests entertained and engaged through out the entire night all while making sure you, the bride and groom, have the time of your lives.

Retro DJ to Go will start the evening with light music as your guests are arriving, but we will also play a specific playlist if you wish. We will begin to progressively build energy through out the night. We will coordinate all of the events of the evening from the father-daughter dance, to cake cutting, to the tossing of the bouquet and garter, and ultimately the leaving of the bride and groom. We take pride on being the best and that means more than you just filling out a form and we show up with our equipment. We do a tremendous amount of work at receptions, more so than any other event. This is also one of the most important days in a couples lives and studies have shown that when looking back at the items or expenses of a wedding, that couples wish they had spent more money getting a top quality DJ rather than an inexperienced or cheap DJ. Your DJ is responsible for the flow of the evening and making sure that everything is properly announced and setup for photographs. Your DJ does much more than just play music and to ensure you have those memorable moments captured be sure you hire a DJ with the reputation and experience to pull off a fantastic evening. How much do we cost?

Our price range is typically determined by the number of attendees, what additional items you want for example up lighting or an additional sound system for the ceremony, and how long you intend to have the DJ play.  Retro DJ to Go will work with your coordinator, photographer, and you to determine exactly what you envision your perfect night like.  It’s important to get everyone on the same page before the night begins so that you can enjoy your evening and let the professionals handle the event.  One unique add-on that we offer is our wedding book service.  We will build a video wedding book made from pictures of your special night.
