RetroDJtoGo has come about by joining over 20 years of successful mobile disc jockey sales and service with over 10 years of successful night club services including numerous live performances on radio and the internet. We know that in many cases we are more expensive than your average Houston DJ, and we pride ourselves on NOT providing a "CHEAP" or "AVERAGE" service. When you hire RetroDJtoGo you will understand that our DJ's are true professionals with thousands of events under their belt. From Weddings, private parties, corporate events, and school dances, rest assured we will make it a smash hit!

We are fully Insured
We provide services to high-end clients that demand quality, reliability, accountability, and many times liability insurance. We carry the industry standard $2,000,000 in coverage. Many venues demand that all service contractors carry insurance and will not even allow you on premise without it.

Contracts
For every event we provide a service contract which details all costs, liabilities, assumptions, and requirements for that particular event. Our contract is geared to protect both the DJ and the client. We want to ensure both are covered and that there are no surprises on the day of the event.

Setting Up
Setup times are between 1 and 2 hours depending on the amount of lighting required for the event. Tear-down time is approximately 45 mins - 1 Hour.

Professional Sound and Lights

We only use professional sound and lighting equipment. We know the demands that are put on our equipment and we make sure that it is professional grade with redundant backup. We even provide our own power when necessary. It is important to note that not all Houston DJs use professional sound systems. The difference in quality, clarity, and overall volume from a professional grade system is tremendous. Our sound systems consist of professional JBL equipment. Each system is tailored to produce a maximum of 120 decibels of sound on your dance floor. (if required) This is equivalent to a standard night club. Each system contains a minumum of two 15" 2-way top cabinets. Additional sound reinforcement is available with dual 18" subwoofer enclosures and over 10,000 watts of power.

All of our systems use Serato ScratchLive from Rane. Rane Corporation continues to deliver top quality products for disc jockeys in both mobile and club environments.
